Eliana Alessandra Minelli is Associate Professor in the School of Business Economics of Università Cattaneo – LIUC and Delegate of the Rector for Diversity and Inclusion.

Her research focuses on organisational change, organisational behaviour and human resource management, and HE governance.

She is author of several scientific publications on these subjects.

She collaborates with the Centre for Higher Education Governance Ghent (Chegg) - University of Ghent.

She has collaborated on several scientific projects at national and international level.

At present, she is the coordinator of the international project SkillMatch-Insubria (Interreg V-A programme).
